Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit a form, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, event date, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• How you found the site. Forms include the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, utm_source). This is stored in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days so it can be sent with a form.
• Analytics. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location, using cookies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings.

Please do not include medical information in website forms. Health history for permanent makeup is collected privately at your consultation, as California law requires.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, check availability, schedule appointments, and send pricing.
• To understand which pages and sources bring inquiries, so we can improve the website.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions. Google provides analytics (when enabled) and the optional map on the contact page, which loads only if you choose to show it. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies. Email mahsa.gerami@yahoo.com with your request; we will not treat you differently for making one.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and permanent makeup services are only for adults 18 and older.
