• Mixed Brows (Microblading + Shading) — $6,000, 6 days. Mahsa's flagship course and the most complete brow training she teaches.
• Microblading — $5,000, 5 days. Hand-drawn, hair-like strokes.
• Lip Blush — $5,000, 5 days. Lip mapping, color selection, and machine technique.
• Lash Line — $3,500, 4 days. Lash line enhancement and permanent eyeliner.

Mahsa came to permanent makeup after years of bridal, red carpet, editorial, and special effects makeup, so design and color get as much attention as technique. Enrollment is limited, and instruction comes from Mahsa herself, in English or Farsi.

Each course is complete on its own. You do not need to purchase another course to enroll, finish, or receive your certificate of completion.

Live models: For training that includes a live-model component, students generally arrange and bring their own appropriate model. Live-model work is supervised by Mahsa at her Tarzana studio in Suite 680, subject to consent, sanitation, registration, insurance, health, safety, and legal requirements. You receive model requirements and preparation instructions before the session.

After the course: Mahsa believes education continues after the last day of class. Students may stay in contact with her to ask questions, get guidance, discuss techniques, and keep developing their skills, with no fixed end date. This is educational guidance and mentorship, not a guarantee of business results, income, licensing, employment, or professional success.

Each course is priced individually, from $3,500 to $6,000, and the tuition shown covers the course itself including a full professional starter kit. These requirements for working professionally are separate, and the academy does not charge for them:

• Bloodborne pathogens training from a provider approved by your local health department
• Body Art Practitioner registration with your local health department where you plan to work (in Los Angeles County, a $54 annual fee at last review)
• A permitted body art facility to work in, and your own liability insurance
• Your own recommended makeup products and any additional personal supplies on the course preparation list

Completing a course does not constitute a government-issued professional license. Students are responsible for satisfying all applicable state, county, and local requirements before performing permanent makeup services professionally, including bloodborne pathogens training and Body Art Practitioner registration with their local health department where applicable.

Mahsa Gerami is a permanent makeup artist and bridal makeup artist in Tarzana, and she previously served as an instructor at Elite Permanent Makeup in 2022.
